EPC Assessments UK accepts instructions from the public directly, estate agents, solicitors and HIP providers.

EPC Assessments UK inspectors are members of the SAVA certification scheme who have undergone a rigorous training and assessment process. SAVA constantly monitors their members to ensure their work is meeting their rigorous quality control standards.
